Ang sipag kona pero kulang parin eh, hahah! :)) kaya kung may requirements ka sa mga skills ko.. alam mona!, tawagan mo ako, usap tayo :)
Nag d-design din kame nang websites from individuals, celebrities, small to large companies & even sports icons. As an cost estimator naman sa isang construction project, design stage palang dapat tama and balance na kase duon mag-bbased ang costing eh. kaya nag ii-start yun sa design & engineering team. :)
Palage akong late sa mga meetings nuon, may cases na naiwanan narin ako nang eroplano., hindi ako proud dun ha!, i'm saying this kase naimprove kona yun!. naalala ko tuloy yung sinabi sakin nang dati kong Boss: "John!, late kananaman!, dapat ang itawag sayo ay The Late John Carlo eh!" Pangasar eh noh.. parang namatay lang ako eh wtf.
Matagal na ang experience ko sa construction industry. 10 years na! Tito na ako WTF!! :( -kaya marami narin akong technical knowledge na pwede i-share sa inyo basta ready lang na makinig :D Construction site na yung playground ko eh.. mahal ako nang construction site parang nakayakap sya sakin hahaha! make sense? ikaw dapat meron din.. i mean kung saang bagay ka magaling o mahilig, halimbawa mahilig ka sa cars, photography, food, travel, etc. dapat eh meron kang working playground ;)
Since booming ang construction sa Pinas, marami din ang nangangailangan nang mechanical contractors. Isa yun sa mga services namin. (HVAC/R, MEFPS, PMS, Air conditioning works)
For both residential & commercial: From preventive maintenance services, general cleaning, supply & installation ng equipments, labor, tools & materials. Usually ang mga clients namin ay mga botique sa malls, hospitals, sa bahay, sa stadiums, high rise buildings, etc.
Bago pa tayo ma out-smart ng mga robots kailangan updated palage.. sundan moko sa insta, meron din ako nun noh!

Mahilig ako magbasa. Books, magazines, dyaryo, kahit mga labels nang chichiria sa likod ng packaging e binabasa ko. Andami kona nabasang books, pero 80% percent ng mga books na yun sa collection ko e sa hindi kopa natatapos basahin. wtf diba?, nakakatulog kase ako madalas eh.. isa to sa mga pampa relax ko besides kape, tsaa' driving, sex atbp. Nanaginip ako na may sarili na akong libro, kaya sinimulan kona magsulat. kakangawet ha, ngayon on-going yung manuscript ng book ko. abangan mo ha! :)
